START EARLY!!!

You are interviewing business owners.   They are very busy.   They also may not know about Skype, Google or have accounts.   So they will have to install the software and learn how to use. 

If someone works in a big business, they may not have the ability to install software on their computer so they have to request an IT staff to do. Give the TIME to get this done.

Also, if you need help, the Academic Technology office will help you with all these tools but you must give us time. Schedule an appointment via email academictechnology@business.fsu.edu
